To change the motor clutch, you do not need to remove the flywheel, but you will need to remove the gear. If the motor shaft is difficult to disassemble, it's likely because it's already worn or damaged. In such cases, do not continue applying lubricant or forcing rotation, as it may make the clutch even harder to remove. If you could not remove it, please use a puller tool.
We recommend the following steps for customers:
- Stop applying oil or trying to rotate the motor once a problem is noticed.
- Wait for replacement parts to arrive before attempting further disassembly.
- Brake Sensor Issue – Check if the brake light stays on even when you are not pressing the brake handle. If it does, the brake sensor may be engaged, preventing the motor from working.
- Motor Gear Damage – The motor gear might be damaged and need inspection or replacement.
- Throttle Handle Malfunction – A faulty throttle could prevent acceleration.
- Throttle Turned Off by Mistake – Press the power button three times in a row to toggle the throttle on/off. Ensure it is enabled.
🔧 Next Steps:
- Try these troubleshooting steps and see if the issue is resolved.
- If the problem persists, please record a video showing the issue and send it to our support team for further assistance.
If you see a P1 Error indicating an invalid NFC card, please try the following steps:
1️⃣ Restore Factory Settings
- Reset the device to its factory settings and then try using the NFC card again.
- When swiping the NFC card, make sure to place it on the white [Riding'times] box below the screen.
📺 Video Guide: How to Restore Factory Settings
2️⃣ Re-Pair the NFC Card
If the issue persists, you may need to pair the NFC card with the screen manually.

If you still experience issues, please contact our support team for further assistance! 🚲🔧
If your GT73 eBike shows Error Code E07, it usually indicates a Hall sensor connection issue.
- Check the Hall Sensor Cable Connection: Please disconnect the Hall sensor cable (located near the motor) and carefully reinsert it, ensuring it is properly aligned and fully seated. Once reconnected, restart the bike and check if the error code is resolved.
🔧 Next Steps:
- If the issue persists, record a video and contact support. If unresolved, the motor may need replacement under warranty—contact us for assistance.
The most common cause is a brake lever reset problem.
1. Inspect the Throttle & Cables
- Accidentally turned off the throttle (press the power button three times in a row to turn the throttle off and on)
- Check for visible damage on the throttle and cables.
- Ensure all connectors are securely plugged in.
2. Check the Brake Light
If the brake light stays on without pressing the brake, unplug the left and right brake handle cable connectors one at a time.
3. Identify the Faulty Brake Handle
- Unplug one brake handle cable at a time (do not unplug both at once, or the P gear won’t release).
- If unplugging the left brake cable turns off the brake light, the left brake handle is faulty.
4. Adjust the Brake Handle Screw
- Reconnect the brake handle cable.
- Use a 2mm Allen wrench to tighten the screw (turn 1-2 times clockwise).
- Observe the brake light—if it stays off, the issue is resolved.

5. Test the Throttle
- Turn the throttle and check if the motor responds.
- If the motor runs normally, the problem is fixed.
