Does Saturn comes with a rear rack and fenders?
Yes. The rear fender comes pre-installed. The front fender and rear rack are included in the box and requires installation.
How to set Saturn to Class 2 or Class 3? Can I customize the speed for each PAS level?
You can adjust the riding speed and classes in two ways:
- Via the Heybike app
Speed settings for PAS and throttle can be adjusted under Personalize → Speed Settings.
- Via the display settings
On the display, the change can be made through manual adjustment of top speed.
What is the warranty for Saturn?
Saturn purchased from us comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
