The bike works great and just as advertised. It was shipped in a timely manner and packaged properly. I’m very happy with the service and with the price. I saved a lot of money buying it here versus locally and they got shipped straight to my house.
Bike is amazing my son loves it. GLS shipping was horrible however. I’d suggest utilizing another shipper. They lost the bike for a bit, and ultimately lied about attempting to deliver it. Had to go to their depot and ultimately pick up myself. Tracking showed them attempting to deliver to Cambridge UK vs Cambridge Ont
Absolute banger of a bike. Design and specs are top-class and the team at ECOGO were phenomenal in making it all happen.
